Rebecca had practiced yoga for 17 years before becoming an instructor. After having back surgery, she was in pain, had limited physical activity and mobility, and had lost strength. Yoga was an approved activity by her surgeon, and after a few months of daily yoga, she had no pain, increased strength, flexibility, and mobility. It was the feeling of freedom and wellness that inspired Rebecca to become an instructor and to share the joys of yoga with others and to help people feel good.
She believes yoga is for every person regardless of age, size, shape and perceived limitations, and her classes are nurturing and full of positive energy.
