Nancy’s classes are open to anyone, the only requirement is to come with an open mind and willingness to challenge your limits. Never underestimate the body’s ability to change at any age with consistent practice.

I began teaching yoga to share what I feel is a holistic approach to improve anyone’s health. The eight limbs of yoga have been life changing for me.

My attention to yoga was caught by an article in The Alton Telegraph featuring Vicky Delaney in 2013. I was in much need of a way to reduce on stress. I signed up for the Beginner Yoga Workshop after reading that yoga had transformed her life both physically and mentally. The first savasana, I was skeptical my mind would ever stop racing. I found the feeling of muscles releasing and lengthening fascinating. I wanted to know more about this ancient practice and began YTT 200 hour in February 2015.
