Janet’s classes are strength building, inspiring and rejuvenating. Join her on the water for SUP yoga or fly away in her Aerial yoga class! Janet teaches a Vinyasa flow style where every movement is linked to the breath encouraging you stay grounded and present you discover who you really are. You might even hear some comedy during a class because nothing in this life should be so serious that we can’t have a good time. Every class is suitable for all levels of practice.

Janet completed her 200 hour teacher training in the Summer of 2014 through West-East Natural Healing and more recently completed a 300 hour training program in the Fall of 2016 with Circle Yoga Shala, who specialize in yoga therapy.
