Breann’s students can expect to be challenged within their limits, to connect to their breath, and to witness the occasional sarcastic comment. Yoga is fun, darn it! Her deep yoga philosophy is – Yoga should be like dark chocolate, healthy and delicious.

For the longest time, I thought yoga was only about flexibility. It was about attainment. Achieve a pose…Move on. As I began to study yoga through my teacher training, I realized the asanas (the poses) are a small part of yoga. What happens on the mat doesn’t stay on the mat! It infiltrates into our lives. And, that is a great thing! We learn a sense of peace while struggling through a tough pose, the ability to accept limitations, and how to breath through every circumstance. We learn that, while physical flexibility is important, transposing that into mental and emotional flexibility changes lives.

I graduated from my 200-hour training in December of 2015, and I’m currently pursuing my 300 hour training. I have four amazing (and at times, amazingly rotten) boys! Five, I suppose, if you count my husband.
